Chicken and Brocoli Linguine

Serves 2.


1 Broccoli Floret
Butter for frying.
150 ml Double Cream
200 g Linguine (another kind of pasta will do eg. Spaghetti, Fettucine
2 Skinnless Chicken Breasts
4 tsp Sun-Dried Tomato Paste


  1. Put the pasta on to cook.
  2. Cut the broccoli into small bite-sized florets.
  3. Melt the butter in a frying pan and put the broccoli in, stirring occasionally.
  4. Meanwhile, cut the chicken into strips and add to the broccoli after a few minutes.
  5. When the chicken is cooked add the cream and tomato paste and stir. Heat until the sauce begins to thicken.
  6. Drain the pasta and put the sauce on top
