Green eggs and ham

Delicious and very proteiny. A nourishing meal for all, young and old.


12 whole Eggs
800 grams Ham


  1. Buy the eggs and ham.
  2. Hardboil the former.
  3. Leave them on a worksurface or on top of a cupboard for at least five weeks, preferably in a damp room.
  4. Once green and furry, lay the eggs on a bed of ham. I recommend 3 eggs and 200g of ham per person.
  5. Finally serve up to your loving family. Watch your children spurt up, comforted in by the knowledge that they are receiving all the proteiny goodness they need.
