Pork Nibblers

Pork nibblers are also called country spare ribs.


12 Oz Bottle Louisiana hot sauce
12 Oz Bottle Soy Sauce
3 Lbs Spare ribs
1 Large Sweet onion, chopped


  1. Mix all ingredients together and marinate in refrigerator for 3 hours, making sure pork is covered completely with marinade; a heavy duty ziplock bag works well. Be sure to get all air out of bag before sealing. Be cautious of bones poking through bag and leaking.
  2. Grill over medium hot fire 20-30 minutes, hardwood lump charcoal works best.


These nibblers are great as a main course, or an appetizer. Great for tailgate parties.... Go bills!!!!
