Sausage and Bean Casserole

A filling caserole for those cold winter nights. Serves 4.


250 ml Dry Cider
1 Tin Kidney Beans
8 Sausages
1 Tin Tomatoes


  1. Cook the sausages under the grill or fry them. Once they're cooked cut them up into bite sized pieces.
  2. Put all the ingredients into a casserole dish and put in the oven at 200C gas mark 6 for half an hour. This should ensure all the alcohol has evaporated from the cider. If you want alcoholic casserole I suggest you add some vodka.
  3. Serve with some boiled potatoes (Cook them for about 30 mins in salted water)
