Spicy Tomato Chicken

A delicious spicy chicken recipe. Serves 1


1 Chicken Breast, skinned
2 tbsp Heinz Tangy Tomato Pickle. (This is important, other pickles are
2 tsp Lemon Juice
75 g Rice
1 tbsp Worcester Sauce


  1. Cut the chicken breast into 1cm approx cubes. The size of the cubes is not vital so put that ruler away.
  2. Put the pickle, worcester sauce and lemon juice into a bowl and mix. Place the chicken pieces into the bowl and leave for a little while to marinade.
  3. Meanwhile follow the instructions on the rice packet to start cooking the rice.
  4. Once the rice is cooking put the chicken and sauce mixture into a frying pan on a medium heat. Stir once in a while to stop it sticking and if it looks like it's getting too thick add a little water. Cook until the chicken is cooked through. (About 15-20 mins)
  5. Put the rice on a plate and put the chicken on top. Garnish with a slice of lemon (if you're poncy)
  6. Wash the frying pan out straight away because this stuff sticks like anything.
