Tuna and Tomato Pasta

By Oliver Clark

A quick and easy pasta recipe.

1 Clove Chopped Garlic
1 tsp Oregano
200 g Pasta Shapes
1 Tin Sweetcorn
1 Tin Tomatoes
1 Tin Tuna

  1. Boil some salted water in a largish pan and when boiled put the pasta in to cook. Check the instructions on the packet if you don't know how to cook pasta!
  2. Open all the tins and put the contents into a pan. Put all the garlic and oregano in as well. Judge for yourself how much you like salt and pepper and put the appropriate amount in.
  3. Put the pan on a medium heat and mix all the ingredients together. You will want to break up the tomatoes if you bought whole ones. Leave it on a low to medium heat while the pasta cooks.
  4. Drain the pasta and split onto two plates. Pour the sauce over the pasta and sprinkle a little parmesan cheese over the top.

You could cook some bacon and add that to the sauce at the same time as the other ingredients if you want a bit of meat in the sauce.
